To date the most effective solution to the problem of localized fat and cellulite was represented by surgical liposuction. This method is a real surgical intervention.
Currently, thanks to the development of science and research, we managed to create a new technique which consists in infiltrating directly into the fat the most effective natural and fat-dissolving substance (Phosphatidylcholine and Desossicolate) , so it can eliminate localized fat in a various number of sessions, depending on each clinical case. Therefore, this innovative technique consists of simple injections directly into the fat layer, which will determine the leakage of fat from adipocytes and its eliniation, by natural means, thus refining the profile of abdomen, arms, buttocks and thighs.

What is Phosphatidylcholine?

Phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid able to dissolve the fat that comes in contact with. The substance has been used for years in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia, but only recently has been discovered its important role in the aesthetic field. Phosphatidylcholine injected with thin needles into areas of accumulated fat causes an emptying of adipocytes (fat tissue cells) resulting in a gradual reduction of localized fat. The treatment is performed in the clinic.

How to proceed?

After Identifiying and marking the areas of fat accumulation, a slight dose of anesthetic cream is applied on the part to be treated, and then, after disinfection, it gets infiltrated through a thin cannula directly within the adipose layer by distributing the drug in order to obtain a lysis as homogeneous and symmetrical as possible.
It's a little painful technique and quite tolerable. A slight burning in the following days could develop, bruising is possible; it disappears then spontaneously within a few days.

Contraindications

Currently the protocols proposed in Aesthetic Medicine exclude children, pregnant women or nursing, patients with diabetic, vascular and severe renal and dyslipidemic diseases, and of course those who are allergic to soy. There are other risk conditions for assessment during a visit: the liver and / or kidney failure, adiposity with a BMI> 30, some immune-endocrine conditions such as thyroiditis or particularly risky chronic infections; bleeding disorders.

Indications

The method is particularly effective in the correction of localized fat deposits and cellulite interesting, abdomen, arms, inner thighs, flabby thighs, hips and knees. Recall that the infiltration of phosphatidylcholine can not be considered a substitute for diet and exercise strategies or other therapeutic medical and surgical solutions in the obese patient.

Treatment duration and outcome

The treatment is fast, usually lasts 15 to 20 minutes. The initial effect will appear after a week to reach its peak from two to three weeks post treatment. The cost of treatment is significantly lower than that of traditional surgical solutions, making it an easy and accessible solution.
